Cause: Some versions of MSComCtl.ocx and MSComCt2.ocx are not 100% compatible with the version of Microsoft Access used by RentPlus.

Installing Microsoft Office XP Service Pack 2 may cause this to occur.

To correct this problem, click here to install the correction now or copy the MSComCtl.ocx and MSComCt2.ocx files from the RentPlus CD to the Windows System folder (usually c:\windows\system32), replacing the existing copy.
